The Conscious Cafeteria Project

The Conscious Cafeteria Report, produced by Upstream and Ahimsa, is the latest evidence-based study projecting the environmental and financial impact of switching to reuse in K-12 schools, while robustly making the case for transitioning away from single-use foodware to protect children's health.

Host a free screening of Microplastic Madness

Microplastic Madness is the uplifting, real-life story of New York City fifth graders who take action to stop plastic pollution. Host a screening and inspire kids, teachers and staff to take on plastic pollution one lunch at a time.

Students at George Washington Elementary School in Kingston, NY demonstrate the size of microplastics through a hands-on art project.
